Welcome to my personal tab for 3M employees.  Over the last fifteen years I have been specializing with employees from 3M, both at the corporate headquarters in St. Paul , New Ulm  and the Hutchinson facilities.                                                                                                                    

In the 1990's, I origianlly participated in some estate and financial planning programs that were done for  local 3M employees.  Over the years, this  has developed into speaking engagements in St. Paul and doing workshops and appreciation events for 3M employees on an ongoing basis. 

I have knowledge about how the 3M VIP plan works, both during your working years and in retirement.  Including asset allocation options, and how you may access that money during your working years and after you have left 3M.  Some key benchmark dates for 3M's retirement plan are age 55, age 59 1/2, and age 70 1/2.
